Info
Managing residential buildings is a demanding profession, yet for decades Brazil’s condominium sector operated without a dedicated infrastructure. While building managers, developers, and service providers moved in the same circles, professional development was scattered and collective collaboration was rare. The market existed, but a home for it did not. Condohuby was created to change that: a 750-square-meter hub in São Paulo paired with a national digital platform, designed as a single convergence point where building managers, board members, developers, and suppliers could pursue one shared agenda, the growth of the sector as a whole.
Building this brand from the ground up was as strategic as it was creative. I led the creative direction and visual design across the brand platform, verbal identity, and visual system, crafting an identity with the presence and authority to bring the sector together in the shared space it long deserved.

My Role
Brand Strategy, Creative Direction & Design
THE FOCAL POINT AS BRAND STRATEGY
The positioning is clear: Condohuby is the point of convergence where industry leaders meet to shape the future of property management. It is a benchmark built by the market for the market, where the best in the field gather to learn, connect, and grow. This concept of "The Focal Point" served as the North Star for every strategic decision, from visual identity to brand persona and tone of voice.
THE COMMUNITY AS IDENTITY
Three pillars, Connection, Curation, and Community, structure every Condohuby touchpoint. To give them expression, the brand personality was defined as the "Visionary Host": a guide who creates the conditions for belonging, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth. It is the voice of a sector that, for the first time, finally has a place to call its own.
